This special workshop will be held at the Google Visitor Center in Mountain View, CA.

In this playful, hands-on creativity workshop with PowerHouse co-founder | filmmaker Tricia Creason-Valencia, tap into the joy and pain of lived experiences through a combination of poetry writing and photography with Google Pixel phones. 

Attendees will create short “I Am” poems, then turn the lens on themselves—literally—using Google Pixel portrait photography to creatively frame who they are and how they want to be seen.

Rock Your Bio: Finding Your Authentic Voice

We want to invite you to our next PowerHouse event: a workshop on crafting a professional biothat shines!

During the workshop, we’ll help you highlight your skills and accomplishments and encourage you to articulate your Values and Vision expressed in your authentic voice. We will facilitate a supportive creative process including: brainstorming, writing - with helpful templates - and feedback and editing in small groups. The workshop will help you combat “imposter syndrome” and recognize the impact you have on your community, guaranteed to shine through in your newly crafted bio!

Join us for a pre-screening gathering at PowerHouse, then we’ll move to the 3Below Theaters for a screening of the Academy Award winning film, Life is Beautiful.
