Farran Tabrizi Chevallier

Farran is an advocate for authentic expression, convinced of its transformative power on audiences. Expanding her influence from filmmaking, she’s launched a podcast about people-first company cultures and co-founded PowerHouse. She cultivates a company culture that reflects her values—connection, collaboration, and empowerment.

With over two decades of experience in media production, Farran masterfully crafts stories that combine creativity, technical prowess, and emotional intelligence. A mother, wife and music junkie, Farran’s deep personal connections resonate through her work, allowing her to orchestrate every project she touches into a powerful catalyst designed to move and motivate.

Tricia Creason-Valencia

Tricia is a dynamic force in the world of filmmaking, education & community building. As an Emmy-Nominated Director/Producer and Co-Founder of PowerHouse, Tricia pioneers the way for women, people of color and youth to amplify their voices and claim their power through creative expression.

With over 20 years of experience in media production, Tricia weaves her own raw narrative of movie making, mothering, resilience and rediscovery. She believes, deep in her soul, that truth-telling fosters empathy and connection, serving as a catalyst for social change. Through her keynote speaking and creative workshops, she intertwines personal growth with professional success and finds meaning in the chaos of creation.
